Assist Plant Head in analysing Capital and revenue budget of the plant and submit the same to regional office
Providing technical assistance to the Plant Head in implementation of plant improvement assignments
Collecting, collating, analyzing and presenting data about operational parameters of other units
Managing confidential information in sensitive nature
Promote achievement of the company OH&S aims and targets
ALTERNATIVE FUELS & RAW MATERIALS (AFR)
Coordinate for timely analysis of the waste samples during regular and fingerprint analysis
Ensure feeding system is installed and maintained for every new waste
Ensure that non-conformity in waste received should be reported to the plant supply chain
Coordinate the trial burn with the HO trial burn team and 3rd party emission monitoring agency
Prepare & optimize the usage plan for each waste stream
Communicate the requirement to plant supply chain regularly for formulating the delivery schedules
Send daily, monthly and quarterly AFR utilization reports to HO and Regional Supply Chain HeadPROCESS
Conducting process audits for all the manufacturing stages and sub stages and documenting & reporting
Monitoring process parameters on day-to-day basis, analyzing deviations, trouble shooting, production performance
Introduction of new and improved processes for cost reduction and productivity improvement
Keeping abreast of new and better processes prevailing in the industry
Contributing to training & development of plant personnel in process
Compliance to organization OH&S policies and practices
MINING
Planning and execution of drilling and blasting operations in the mines query
Planning of maintenance activities for mining equipment
Ensure proper receipt, storage, handling and usage of explosives
