PRUBSN WARISANPLUS BIG CAMPAIGN

1. This PruBSN WarisanPlus BIG Campaign ("Campaign") is offered at the sole discretion of Prudential BSN Takaful Berhad (“PruBSN”, “we”, “our” or “us”). By joining this Campaign, you (“you”, “your” or “participant”) agree that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Campaign and by any change or modification we may make to the Campaign without prior notice. By joining this Campaign, you also agree to be bound by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with our Privacy Policy and the terms and conditions of this Campaign, you are not allowed to participate in this Campaign.

2. Campaign Period: 21 July 2019 - 30 September 2019 (both dates are inclusive).3. Campaign Eligibility: a) Participants who participate in new certificate (New Business) of PruBSN WarisanPlus and submit the proposal to PruBSN during the Campaign

Period, whereby such certificate must be captured (approved and issued) on or before 30 September 2019 (“Eligible Participant”). b) The certificate must be in force and all contribution payments duly settled as at 1 October 2019 (“Eligible Certificate”); and. c) Submission of the proposal must be through PruBSN mobility only.4. Campaign Criteria: a) AirAsia BIG Points will be rewarded to the Eligible Participants who satisfy the following criteria:

b) AirAsia BIG Points will be rewarded to the Eligible Participant based on PruBSN WarisanPlus Annual Contribution Equivalent (“ACE”) with RM1 ACE = 1 AirAsia BIG Point.

c) Contribution on Takaful Saver / Takaful Saver Kid, Single Top-Up and Advanced Contribution are excluded from the calculation of ACE.d) The Total Basic Sum Covered refers to the Basic Sum Covered of PruBSN WarisanPlus for a single purchase of the Eligible Certificate or a combined

purchase of Eligible Certificates. Sum Covered of riders are excluded from the calculation of Total Basic Sum Covered.e) In cases of combined subscriptions of Eligible Certificates where the same AirAsia BIG Member ID is provided by the Eligible Participant(s), the Total

Basic Sum Covered refers to the combination of the Basic Sum Covered of the Eligible Certificates.

5. In order to receive AirAsia BIG Points: a) Eligible Participant must be an existing AirAsia BIG Member (having subscribed and registered for membership under the loyalty and rewards

program operated by BIGLIFE Sdn Bhd (formerly known as BIG Loyalty Sdn Bhd and Think BIG Digital Sdn Bhd) (“BIG”) under the name “BIG Loyalty”) and have a unique registration number known as the “AirAsia BIG Member ID” issued by BIG at the point of participation in the Campaign.

b) Eligible Participant is required to provide AirAsia BIG Member ID to PruBSN for AirAsia BIG Points crediting purpose through 2 options: i. Provide AirAsia BIG Member ID to Takaful Consultant and capture in PruBSN mobility under “Representative Details” screen during proposal

submission; or ii. Fill in the information required on the web page indicated in the SMS received by the Eligible Participant after proposal submission c) By providing the information required, the Eligible Participant hereby gives consent to PruBSN to disclose the particulars to BIG and/or any service

providers and/or authorized 3rd party to carry out the Campaign fulfilment.6) In the event AirAsia BIG Member ID is not provided by Eligible Participant on or before 15 October 2019, AirAsia BIG Points earned will not be

credited to the Eligible Participant’s BIG Member Account and no appeal will be entertained.7) In the event multiple AirAsia BIG Member IDs are received for one proposal, AirAsia BIG Points will only be credited to the latest AirAsia BIG Member

ID provided by the Eligible Participant.8) AirAsia BIG Points will be credited on or before 31 October 2019 to all Eligible Participants who have provided their latest and accurate AirAsia BIG

Member ID and the Eligible Certificate must be in-force at the time AirAsia BIG Points are being credited. Eligible Participant will be notified via SMS after the AirAsia BIG Points have been credited.

9) In the event an endorsement is made to the Eligible Certificate before the crediting of AirAsia BIG Points within the Campaign Period, the latest PruBSN WarisanPlus ACE based on the endorsement will apply and the AirAsia BIG Points will be reflected and credited to the Eligible Participant's AirAsia BIG Member ID accordingly.

10) The Eligible Participant is solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy of his/her information at all times.11) By joining this Campaign, the Eligible Certificate will not be entitled to participate in any concurrent promotion and/ or campaign organised by

PruBSN.12) PruBSN shall have the absolute discretion and right to decline the Campaign entitlement in the event any of the terms and conditions pursuant to this

Campaign is not fulfilled. No appeal(s) will be entertained.13) PruBSN shall have the absolute discretion in respect of all matters and disputes concerning this Campaign.14) For all intents and purposes, the offer provided hereunder shall not in any event be construed as a variation to the terms and conditions under

the Proposal(s) (“Terms”). The Terms shall continue in full force and effect. All proposals are subjected to PruBSN’s standard processing and/or underwriting rules.

15) Upon the AirAsia BIG Points being credited to the Eligible Participant's AirAsia BIG Member ID provided, PruBSN and BIG shall be fully discharged of its obligation under this Campaign and have no further obligations in connection with this Campaign.

16) The BIG Points are not reversible, exchangeable and / or transferable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. Usage of the AirAsia BIG Points is subject to the AirAsia BIG Membership Terms and Conditions.

17) If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English and Malay version, the English version shall prevail.
