What is RFMSS?

• Range Facility Management Support System • Scheduling program developed for DOD• Tracks usage and de-conflicts scheduling

– Military, Federal, State and local law enforcement • Justifies facility maintenance and upgrade

– Tells NGB how much we use the facilities; our budget is based on that usage

• Before web-based: limited number of personnel use RFMSS

• Today: Program being pushed to the each unit

effectively• Decentralizes control over scheduling• Reduces human error when resolving conflicts

with multiple units• Easier and more accurate tracking of facility

usage• Accurately tracking usage brings more $ to UT
