Three Reasons Camex is Likely to Succeed

1. Properties: Camex has access to two properties that are highly unusual for a Junior company — Samalayuca and Cumeral.

2. Team: the Camex team is unusual in the depth of experience and expertise over the wide range of issues that are required for a company to succeed in today’s environment.

3. Strategy: Camex has a well thought out strategy that takes advantage of its assets (particularly Samalayuca and Cumeral) in a methodical yet timely manner.

Camex Strategy is to create a diversified portfolio of mining investments in Northern Mexico and Canada

Camex investments are diversified by type of metal and by placement in the “Mine Exploration/ Exploitation Triangle”

Page 5: Camex invests in mining exploration and development projects in Canada and Mexico Camex is a lead strategic mining investment of Palos Merchant Bank. Camex

Strategy

Camex invests in properties:

• Where a pilot mine is probable and inexpensive

• That are potential for open pit, heap leach, electrowinning or other inexpensive recovery

• Located in Northern Mexico with easy access and convenient to each other

• Utilizing cash flow from pilot mines

Focus on Properties which can:

• Create positive project cash flow in 36 months or less

• Fits the Camex portfolio of projects spread over the Exploration/Exploitation Triangle life

• Add to the balance between Copper, Gold and Silver

• Potentially be a Company Game Changer

Samalayuca Copper Mineralisation Model3 Principal Types of Possible Mineralisation

Page 18: Camex invests in mining exploration and development projects in Canada and Mexico Camex is a lead strategic mining investment of Palos Merchant Bank. Camex

SamalayucaSupergene Enrichment

Supergene (black zone)•Enrichment is late geological phenomenon due to meteoritisation, where the original mineralisation is transfomed and remobilised lower in the host rock.

•Meteoric waters intrude along porosity and structural weak planes to attack original minerals, such as sulfides to transformed them into secondary minerals, such as hydroxydes-oxydes-carbonates).

•Secondary minerals are remobilised and concentrate along fault and fracture zone.

•Possibility of copper enrichment by circulation of copper ion (Cu++) absorbed by sulfides all along the descent.

•Geochemical change is more intense in reduced oxidation conditions.

•Supergene copper content over 2%
