This program is intended to provide direct support to individuals who are experiencing,
or who are at risk of an exacerbation of symptoms of their mental health illness. This
program is appropriate for individuals who meet the following criteria: 7-18 years of
age, have a mental health diagnosis, are experiencing difficulty which requires
immediate care, and who live within a 2-hour drive of Bradford, Pa. Family therapy is a
huge component of treatment.

Mental Health Services: Helps in providing any necessary MH services to individuals
with mental illness to help them live a happy fulfilling life. Collaborates with provider
agencies to develop an array of employment support and housing options for adolescents
and adults with serious mental illness.
Intellectual Difficulties Services: Provides support coordination to assist those with
intellectual difficulties in locating and monitoring and coordinating services that promote
opportunities to live fulfilling lives within their community. Examples of service are
employment support, respite, supports for independent living, residential programs,
daytime activities, adaptive equipment, and architectural and vehicular adaptations.
Early Intervention Services: Provides services and supports to children ages birth-three
and their families, such as speech therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy,
special instruction and case management. Children must show a 25% delay in one or
more areas of development or have a diagnosis or condition that will result in a high
probability of delay.

counselor at their first visit. Families signing up for the program before a baby is
delivered receive one year of visits. Families signing up after a baby is delivered are
eligible for five visits.
Pregnancy Counseling Program
Program provides free counseling to families that are facing some sort of crisis
pregnancy. Program provides alternatives to abortion,empowers clients with decision-
making skills, helps client develop adoption or parenting plan and provides a supportive
and encouraging atmosphere for decision making. For families choosing parenting, the
program proves material assistance is provided in the form of diapers, formula and gently
used baby clothing.
Toddler Program
Program provides material assistance and counseling to families that have young children
between ages of 12months to 36 months of age. Material assistance is provided in the
