As part of National Chemistry week, the chemistry students of Cambridge are celebrating Mole Day. Mole Day commemorates Avogadro's number which is a basic measuring unit in chemistry. Mole Day was funded to foster interest and awareness in chemistry. As part of the celebration, Dr. Kerr's AP Chemistry students created a "Periodic Table of Cupcakes"!

The Fulton County Board of Education policy requires families to submit two proofs of residency from the school system's approved list of verifiable residency documents: one from the approved utility list and one from the approved residency list, upon initial enrollment in Fulton County Schools or upon entry into 9th grade, and when there is any address change.
If you have not submitted your two proofs of residency to Cambridge High School please do so no later than Tuesday, October 27, 2015. Information about Fulton County School's proof of residency documentation can be found at the link below:
http://www.fultonschools.org/en/about/newtofcs/Pages/Registration.aspx
Please be reminded that falsifying an address is a violation of the laws of the State of Georgia, punishable by a fine of not more than $1000.00, or by imprisonment for not less than one nor more than five years, or both (GA Code O.C.G.A 16-10-71).
The Fulton County School System will begin withdrawing students for whom no proofs have been submitted on Tuesday, November 10, 2015. Should

Junior Advisement Meeting
Counselors will be sending out individual appointment letters to all juniors and their parents notifying them of the date and time of their junior meeting. This meeting is a follow-up to the Junior Parent Night to check on each
student's progress towards implementing his/her postsecondary plans. During the appointment, your student will be informed of outstanding requirements (credits, courses, and assessments) which must be fulfilled for on-time graduation with the Class of 2017. The discussion will also include information on postsecondary planning and provide an opportunity to address questions. Parents are welcome to attend and be a part of this important discussion.
The meetings begin in November and run until February. Please expect an invitation to arrive sometime next week by U.S. mail. Unfortunately, due to the large number of students that must be seen, we cannot rearrange appointment times.

Our annual Financial Aid and Scholarship Night will be held on November 9 at 6:30 pm in the Cambridge Theater.
