Friday night is our first home Varsity Football game of the season, and we are playing Creekview. If you have not purchased your Cambridge Students All-Sports Season Pass its not too late. For $60 you have unlimited home game admission for the entire school year. Visit OSP to purchase your pass. If you dont have a pass, tickets will be sold for $8 during all lunch periods today and Friday, in the cafeteria or at the gate on game day. Go Bears! Sign up for a collect visit Band Practice in Back Parking Lot Please clear the parking lot after school today! All driving students - please be aware the marching band practices in the parking lot on Thursdays after school. All seniors should move their cars after school to the islands or alternate parking. Juniors - please don't move your car closer and park in the main lot on Thursdays - you will have to leave practice and move your car so the band can practice. Attention all Prospective Boys Soccer Players There will be a brief interest meeting at 8:00 on Tuesday, 8/27 in the Auxiliary gym for all students interested in participating in boys soccer next spring. The meeting will be brief but it is important that the coaching staff gets player and parent names and contact information, so please plan to stop by and meet the coaches! This meeting is for students only; there will be a parent interest meeting later in the semester. FBLA Motivational Rally The FBLA Motivational Rally will be at the Georgia National Fair, on Thursday, October 10. This is a great opportunity to make new friends, enjoy the rides and eat delicious fair food. Register by September 2nd. There will be many open testing opportunities to get prepared for FBLA competitive events. For more information and to register. Device Follow-up If you did not get a Surface on deployment day and still want one, come to the Student Center to sign up for a Make-up session that will be held during lunch/Study Hall. You need a Device User Agreement completed, either online or paper, AND all previous Surface fines paid. See Mrs. Morgan in the Student Center with questions about the User Agreement or Fines. If you did get a Surface and are having problems with anything related to your Surface operations, case, keyboard, charger or stylus, please bring it to the Student Center. Until the end of August, there is a grace period for any damage. Please inspect your Surface, case, keyboard, charger, and stylus! If any issues are found, we will exchange the damaged piece for another one. For more information on devices... Junior Parking Lottery 2019 Juniors may now submit an application for parking for remaining spaces. Parking applications are available on the Cambridge High School website. Only completed applications (including a copy of valid drivers license, copy of vehicle insurance, and $100 payment in the form of a check or money order) will be eligible for processing. Completed parking applications are to be turned in to the main office starting Tuesday, August 20, 2019. Junior parking will be assigned based on a random drawing Lotterythat will be held on Friday, August 23, 2019. The junior parking list will be posted outside of the main office on Monday, August 26, 2019. Juniors appearing on the list may sign for their parking hang tags on Monday, August 26, 2019, between class periods or after school until 4:00 pm.
