WHY CAMBRIDGE ESOL EXAM PREP AT ICC HAWAII?

In 2014, ICC Hawaii was recognized by Cambridge ESOL as an Authorized Centre for PET, FCE, CAE, and CPE Examinations.

This recognition is meaningful for students not only for the status it confers, but also for the convenience of taking tests at our own campus.

In the first test of March 2015, ICC Hawaii received a 100% score from the Cambridge examiner and has maintained this high standard.

ADMISSION PROCEDUREAll applicants take a pre-test from which ICC Hawaii’s Cambridge staff determines the appropriate level of the test prep course.

ICC Hawaii communicates the results and what it means for the student in considering the desired and best test preparation course.

More extensive testing takes place on the first day of class which yields information and that can confirm or disconfirm the pre-test and give the student more information on the appropriate level of course.

At each admission step, and as the courses progress, students are given assessments as to their potential to pass the actual test.
