CFHC Points CFHC Points are a way of turning Timeshare Weeks into inflation proof value to spend on all aspects of holidaying!

Under the old system of Timesharing, you owned a set week, in a set apartment, in a set resort. You could use this week every year, or trade it for other weeks of a similar size, season and standard.

The Points exchange system allows customers to go where they want, with whom they want, and to stay as long as they choose. This new flexibility not only increases owners options but also enables them to maximize time and value.

Where do points come from?

Each resort and all categories of holiday accommodation are given point values based on:

Season – Location – Apartment Size –Season – Location – Apartment Size – Resort Quality & DemandResort Quality & Demand

Cambay Points

Every Year a set of points will be allocated on the Anniversary Date.

Cambay Points are the currency used by members to make reservations

The number of points a member has on account determines what they can reserve

They can be used for weekly stays anywhere through the RCI exchange

Cambay Points

They can be used for weekly, mid week or weekend stays at Cambay Family Holidays Club locations

They can be used with Points Partners for additional travel related benefits and services

ExampleExample::An owner has 52,900 points available can reserve a red, 2 bedroom week in the RCI Weeks exchange system for 40,000 points and have 12,900 points remaining to reserve other holidays in the RCI Points network or pay for travel expenses

Saving Points

Saving Points: A member can save the points allocated to them in any given use year for up to additional 1 year

Auto Saving of Points: If some of the points have been used and the member is saving the left out points, then it is free of charge. If the member has not used any of their use year’s allocated points then relevant fees (Rs. 2000) apply for saving points.
