HAYDON MEDIA Call Sheet Producer: Clare Hanington Production: Music Video Coursework Date of Shoot: 16 th October 2013 Time 3.30-5.00 Location of Shoot: School drama studio Personnel Required:(inc. details of role) Clare Hanington – Director, Filming Amy Wichelow – Actress Equipment Required: Camera x 2 Tripod x 2 Studio Lights Details of shoot:(scenes) Test shoot for female preparing for show scenes- not with actual artist for music video just experimenting with the equipment to ensure it is done correctly for my actual video Special Requirements: (inc. details of props / costumes needed, preparation required Props: All different kinds of make-up to lie out on the table and for the actress to use whilst getting ready. I also asked my artist to bring in multiple different make-up brushes as I think that these would make for good shots within my music video. For this specific shoot, I did not think costume was essential as I was focusing mainly on the actors face using multiple close ups rather than focusing on costume so this was not a problem. Before the shoot I had to double check with the staff involved whether the equipment and the location was free otherwise I would not have been able to do it; this way I knew it wouldn’t have been an issue if I just turned up and there was a problem with the location. I will then have to do this again when filming my music video.
