We are seeking proposals for workshops and tutorials on Saturday and Sunday before the main conference. Workshops and tutorials may be scheduled for a half day or a full day. Please submit a proposal! Submission Guidelines Workshop Proposal Title of the workshop Organizers and their affiliations (including short bios) Description of main objectives Sample call for papers, including the workshop's main topics Expected duration of the workshop; i.e., 1/2 day, full day, or 2 days If the workshop has been held before, the venue (i.e., at which conference), date, workshop program, the number of published papers (if any), and number of attendees at the last event Tutorial Proposal Title of the tutorial Organizers/presenters and affiliations (including short bios) Description of main objectives A list of topics to be covered, including format (e.g., talks, demos, etc.), target audience, and pre-requisite knowledge Expected duration, i.e., 1/2 day, full day, or 2 days If the tutorial has been held before, the venue (i.e., at which conference), date, tutorial program, and number of attendees at the last event Proposal Format and Submission Deadline: Perspective organizers should submit a PDF file of their proposals up to 4 pages by September 6, 2019 through email to Jishen Zhao <[email protected] >.
