CALIBRATION PROCEDURE Pressure Transmitter: Close the main manual root isolation valve. 1. Close the manifold & keep safe the “ O “ ring of manifold & cover the manifold properly. 2. Isolate the power supply with Insulation Tape. 3. Remove the transmitter from line. 4. Connect Tx into corresponding Tx calibration unit. ( If it is below 2 kgf/cm2 = use vaccum calibrator) ( If it is above 2 kgf/cm2 = Use press calibrator) 5. Connect 24 Vdc power supply across signal TB ( Inside the Tx) 6. Calibrate the Tx for the range required. After Calibration : 1. Isolate 24Vdc power supply which is connected while calibration. 2. Take the Tx to particular location remove the cover from manifold & then tight the service line fully with the manifold.

CALIBRATION PROCEDURE

Pressure Transmitter:

Close the main manual root isolation valve.

1. Close the manifold & keep safe the O ring of manifold & cover the manifold properly.

2. Isolate the power supply with Insulation Tape.

3. Remove the transmitter from line.

4. Connect Tx into corresponding Tx calibration unit.

( If it is below 2 kgf/cm2 = use vaccum calibrator)

( If it is above 2 kgf/cm2 = Use press calibrator)

5. Connect 24 Vdc power supply across signal TB ( Inside the Tx)

6. Calibrate the Tx for the range required.

After Calibration:

1. Isolate 24Vdc power supply which is connected while calibration.

2. Take the Tx to particular location remove the cover from manifold & then tight the service line fully with the manifold.

3. Connect the Tx supply wires across Tx signal terminal screws. Make sure that +ve should be connected with the +ve block ve should be connected with -VETB Check the voltage (24Vdc) & also confirm to check the MA in series . Now you will get 4 MA (without any pressure)

4. Open the Isolation valves which are closed by you during removal of Transmitter.

5. To remove the air block in the transmitter drain the vent valves for seconds & ensure there is no air lock inside the diaphragm assembly.

6. Use the proper spanner for venting plugs.
