2. List feasibility factors which address, among other categories, the following

assumptions for each Race Meeting. If more than one race meeting per year is proposed, please also aggregate for all Race Meetings in a year:

b. Average daily handle and total, and per capita bet;

c. Retainage of (1) track, (2) purses;

d. Admissions to track, including a schedule of prices for various classes

Remington Park projects the 2020 Thoroughbred Meet to have an overpayment in the amount of $440,000. We also project a $1,000,000 surplus for the 2020 Quarter Horse, Paint and Appaloosa Meet.

Excess monies are on deposit with the Bank of Oklahoma in the Horseman’s Trust account. The bank account does not earn any interest. The surplus will be held in the trust account for the 2020 meets, for which they will be distributed as part of the purses.
