1. PRESENTATION

Calderería de Fuenlabrada, S.A. (CALDEFUSA), was established as a Limited Company. The capital Goods are the company focuses activity, having achieved privileged position in the Sector and become a market leader in equipment for special projects. At present it has the biggest and widest range of products to meet the most demanding needs of market, domestics as well as export. Process and Heating Furnaces, Economizers, Preheaters, Recuperators, Pressure Vessel, Flares, coals Mills, Hummer Crushers and General Steelwork, form a wide range of products, all of them produced under the most rigorous manufacturing process which guarantees compliance with the strictest national and international safety and quality regulations. Our Production capacity is around 3.000 Tn/Year.

The main feature of CALDEFUSA´s organization is its flexibility, the fundamental basis to be able to adapt, in each case, the most appropriate structure for the client´s requirements. This flexibility allows us to provide a “tailored product” to suit the client´s needs, giving the maximum quality, technology and reliability in all our products. Our Organization assumes total responsibility for the manufacturing system throughout its stages, from the study of the project, which our Technical Office designs, to the development of the engineering required for production in our various manufacture and assembly factories.

2. ORGANIZATION

CALDEFUSA has a Staff of over 50 employees and its functional structure is supported by five big operative groups: Commercial Management, Production Management, On-Site Assembly, Quality Control, Administration and Finances Management and Control & Preventions of Labour Risks. The Commercial Management is responsible for all the marketing promotion and sales activities. The Production Management is in charge of the final execution of all the project, following the specification designed and developed by the Technical Office. On-Site Assembly Division is in charge of installation on-site of our final products or prefabricated products fabricated in our workshop. Quality Control is in charge of making or managing the inspections and quality controls required for each project. And it make the necessary reports for these inspections ad controls. The Administration and Finances Management provides the economic-financial support required for each project, at the same time being in charge of all the administration, accountant and general services of CALDEFUSA. Control & Prevention of Labour Risks Department is in charge of labour security of the Staff. The next Organization Chart shows the Company’s general structure and the different responsibilities of each Division.

4. QUALITY GUARANTEE

4.1.- Certificates and Registers. CALDEFUSA has got a Quality and Procedure Handbook in accordance with ISO 9001:2000, registered by SGS. We are a Company register as a:

- Pressure Vessels Manufacturer with Nº: FAP-46. - Installer Pressure Vessels with Nº: IP-29. - Boiler Pressure Vessels with Nº: FCA-17.

4.2.- Own Means of Inspection and Control. CALDEFUSA has got necessary equipment for Inspection and Control of our products.

- Hardness Test “Krautkramer”. Model: DynaMIC. - Thickness Test “Krautkramer”. Model: DM-2. - Ultrasonic Equitment “Krautkramer” Model: USN-50. - Pressure Indicador with a rangue between: 0-16 a 0-300 bars. - Exterior Micrometer with a rangue between: 0-25 a 300-400 mm. - Interior Micrometer with a rangue between: 50-600 mm. - Thicknees coating Test “Elcometer” Modelo 345.

4.3.- Quality Control and Inspection Companies. The controls and inspection more specific are subcontracted with qualified

and registered companies as: - SGS. - IGC.

5. OPERATION SYSTEM

5.1.- Technical Office CALDEFUSA has got a Technical Office where we develop all details drawings for the workshop, from specifications or general drawings.

It develops Works of design, basic and detail engineering for the fabrication of Process and Heating Furnaces.

It makes all process of quartering and materials list in order to make easier the fabrication and storing up.

We have software as:

- AUTOCAD 2.002 (Autodesk), to develop drawings. - Lantek Expert Duct, to develop and layout plates.

5.2.- Codes, Norms and Regulation.

CALDEFUSA is prepared to design and/or manufacture equipment as the next Nationals and Internationals Norms o Codes:

- ASME. - ASTM. - ANSI. - DIN. - UNE. - Spanish Regulations for Pressure Vessels. - Spanish Regulations for Boilers.

5.3.- Calculation Design.

CALDEFUSA is ready to develop design calculation using the next software. PVElite & CodeCalc (2004 Version): Pressure Vessel Desing & Analysis Software of “Coade Engineering Software”
