My role in the project was to combine the Engineer and Architect design to create the landscape preliminary design. I was involved in city review and creating the finale presentation.

Preliminary

I designed the layout for the final presentation. The presentation includes: planting legend with images, plan view, and section/ elevation preliminary design sheet. I helped select the plants and designed the planting layout per instructions from the Principle. I worked closely with the Principle to design a functional design.

Construction Documents

My role was to convert the preliminary design into Construction Documents. I used the information from site visits and recom-mendations from city review to build the Construction Document sheets for building the monument.

Cover Sheet: Shows City and Landscape Architecture information, notes for construction, sheet index, and vicinity map I created. Hardscape Layout and Planting Plan: Shows existing conditions, new hardscape and landscape areas to remain or be built. New features are called out for Detail and Section sheet.Irrigation: I laid out the irrigation heads, controller, water meter, and sized irrigation pipes. The plan shows all the necessary information for the new irrigation. Landscape detail: Show the necessary details for construction. Irrigation Detail: Show the necessary details for construction. Landscape Specs: Notes and information for construction.
