BUSINESS & MANAGEMENTBEST PRACTICES IN SELLINGWearing a smile, having a gift for gab, and dressing for success used to be essential tips for aspiring salespeople. Today, professional sellers are required to do a lot more.

Earning the right to present to a responsible buyer is a major challenge. Signaling credibility and swiftly creating perceptions of value are necessary. With time becoming more precious for both buyers and for sellers, economy in communication and persuasion is critical.

Best Practices in Selling provides participants with up to date methods for selling through today’s most frequently used media: the phone, email, texting, and social media.
