The timing of this exhibition Is keeping up with the season of tourism which starts in September through April although it runs the whole year, hotels, resorts, restaurant, cafes and cruises start to select their needs at the beginning of October before setting their final budget, where the surplus of earning are channeled towards the purchase of new equipment and furniture for the new season.

A media campaign in the official newspaper in Egypt & Middle East before & during the exhibition.200 invitations provided to each company.Printing a Catalog to include the names of participating companies to be given out to visitors and participants.Sending invitations by mail to businessman in Egypt, the Gulf area, North Africa and all those concerned with the field.

Features of modular booth construction: Stand area with carpet Walls on 3 sides - height of partition are 2.5 m. 2 spots 100W per 9m2 1 desk and 2 chairs per 9m2 1 socket 220V, 1KW

Two nametags for each exhibitor.Exhibitors will be allowed 2 days prior to the exhibition & a day after for set up and departure respectively. An in–house customs section to clear goods.

Egyptian companies may have the right to import goods for the exhibition with a temporary customs exemption.
