    FIEI DE CUNOATERE I EVALUAREA A

    COPILULUI

    Reperelepsihodinamice i psihogeneticeau stat la baza inteniei noastre de a realizaun document tiinific pentru orientarea i ghidarea utilizatorului n activitatea de ccrcetare-cunoatere i constituire a profilului psihologic al subiectului investigat. Pentru un asemeneademers considerm c analiza subiectului trebuie fcut pornind de la valorificareaindicatorilor coninui n reperele psihodinamice i psihogenctice pentru a parcurge o sericde etape ce semnific evoluia copilului n devenirea sa ca persoan matur.

    Ca urmare, din perspectiva reperelor psihodinamice, analiza psihologic global asubiectului se realizeaz pe o durat mai lung de timp ce cuprinde mai multe stadii dedezvoltare, iar reperele psihogenetice indic o analiz psihologic secvenial pe un anumitstadiu de dezvoltare. Desigur, o imagine complex a profilului psihologic al subiectului seobine prin considerarea cerinelor (pe ct este posibil) celor dou forme de repere.

    Fia de evaluarei cunoatere a copilului, pe care o prezentm, reflect perspectivamenionat i sperm s constituie un mijloc eficient i practic ce faciliteaz utilizatoruluiptrunderea n tainele cunoaterii pe baze tiinifice a copilului. Astfel, reperele se constituiesub form de fie,

    educaiei, specialitilor i cadrelor didactice care doresc s cunoasc i s evaluezepotenialul i nivelul de dezvoltare a copilului, n acelai timp, fia ofer un bun prilej deaplicare a cunotinelor n domeniul practic i de exersare a aptitudinilor de evaluare asubiectului, prin mijloace de psihodiagnoz. Un asemenea demers este necesar i

    pentru copil, deoarece ntregul proces instructiv-educativ poate fi mai bine adaptat laparticularitile sale psihoindividuale, ofer familiei i colii posibilitatea unor interveniibazate pe cunoaterea specificului activitii psihice i a ritmului propriu de evoluie apersonalitii acestuia.

    Fia poate fi aplicat, n vederea cunoaterii i evalurii, ncepnd cu precolarul iterminnd cu adolescentul din liceu, indiferent de tipul de instituie n care acetia suntncadrai: grdinie, coli obinuite (de mas), copii instituionalizai, coli speciale, coli

    profesionale, licee etc., deoarece este structurat sub o form unitar i concis pentrucunoaterea copiilor, evidenierea unor parametri ce indica evoluia n timp i dezvoltareaactual a subiectului analizat.

    Din punct de vedere practic, o astfel de fi imprim unitate aciunii depsihodiagnoz i este menit s evite erorile n reliefarea specificului psihocomportamentalde ctre specialiti i alte cadre din uniti de nvmnt. Utilitatea fiei rezult i din aceeac, pe parcursul procesului instructiv-educativ, unii copii parcurg forme de colarizare i deeducaie diferite de la un timp la altul sau, din motive diferite, sunt transferai n alte

    colectiviti, ceea ce impune cu i mai mult trie adoptarea unor criterii unitare ncunoaterea i evaluarea subiecilor.

    Fia este elaborat sub forma unui caiet, pentru a fi mai uor folosit i completat(n mod direct), astfel nct ea s reprezinte o oglind a vieii i evoluiei copilului, ce sefinalizeaz cu recomandri, att pentru condiii demediu favorabile, ct i pentru condiii demediu nefavorabile, critice, n care se poate afla subiectul la un moment dat. Pentru a cretegradul de ncredere i de precizie, fiecare secven din fi se completeaz pe bazaobservaiilor nemijlocite, prinaplicarea unor probe psihologice adecvate, dar i prinobinerea unor date cu privire la comportamentul i activitatea copilului - n procesulinstructiv-educativ - de la cadrele didactice care i desfoar activitatea cu acetia. Pentrusecvenele referitoare la caracteristicile organo-funcionale i medicale, poate fi consultatmedicui, fia medical i valorificate informaiile obinute de la prini sau de la rude cuprivire la evoluia copilului, din perspectiva amintit. Cu ct sunt aplicate mai multe probei cu ct sunt desfurate observaii variate asupra activitilor copilului, cu att se potobine informaii mai complexe despre fiecare structur psihic n parte. Orice metodpsihologic folosit este menit s lrgeasc aria cunoaterii i evalurii copilului, avnd,totodat, semnificaia unui demers complex, n acest context, este nevoie s se aib nvedere:

    - tipurile principale de activitate a copilului, raportate la nivelurile de vrst cronologici mental;

    - tipurile de relaii stabilite de copil n colectivitate (cu semenii de aceeai vrst sau cuadulii);

    - tipurile de cerine formulate fa de copil i posibilitile acestuia de a le face fa nmod adecvat, tipurile de atitudini i de implicare a copilului n rezolvarea unor sarcini

    practice sau teoretice;

    - modalitile de aciune practic sau/i mental prin care copilul reuete s depeascdificultile ivite n rezolvarea unor probleme;

    - modalitile de elaborare a unor comportamente adaptative n situaiile conjuncturale in cele stabile;

    - semnificaia progresului realizat n timp i prin forme specifice de influenare psiho-educative;

    - nivelul atins n plan psihic, n raport cu vrsta cronologic i comparativ cu subiecii devrst similar;

    - stadiul socializrii i implicrii subiectului n comunitatea din care face parte;

    - nivelul integrrii n comunitate i aportul subiectului la coeziunea grupului, ndeterminarea creativitii acestuia .a.m.d.

    Fia este organizat pe 7 (apte) secvene mari, fiecare din acestea cuprinznd o seriede elemente definitorii pentru caracteristicile de baz ale activitii psihice, ncepnd cu celemai simple i terminnd cu cele mai complexe, caracteristici care definesc personalitateasubiectului. Imaginea general ce se obine despre subiect, pe baza completrii fiei, trebuies permit nu numai cunoaterea i evaluarea acestuia, ci i s creeze posibilitatea unei

    prognoze i a unor recomandri pentru evoluia din stadiile de vrst ulterioare.

    Aa cum rezult din analiza de mai sus, la baza fiei au stat reperele psihogenetice ipsihodinamice care semnific traseele i metamorfozele parcurse de subiect n diferite stadiide evoluie pentru devenirea uman complex.
