• Depending on our service, we work directly with an individual or small groups of up to 24 people

• In person service delivery is generally preferred

• We can reduce costs for our distant and international clients via our on-line delivery system:

• if required, we can offer service time flexibility, outside regular business hours• we can accommodate from 1 to 24 participants in an on-line session• participants can be in multiple locations, in different time zones• system allows for visual presentations, document sharing, and voice and webcam connection

between all participants• enables simultaneous multi-stakeholder client interaction• can be used to facilitate one-on-one interaction, small group workshops, and general learning

presentations

If appropriate, service delivery can be a “hybrid” of both in person and on-line
