CAD-371.20 Rest PeriodGeneral
• A Duty Cycle that contains more than 2 LRO FDPs, requires a Physiological rest between any tow consecutive LRO’s.
• A Disruptive Rest Period (DRP) is a rest period between 18:00 and 30:00 and the CM is not provided a Physiological Rest.
• If a CM has 3 consecutive DRP’s or has 4 DRP’s in a 14 day span, any subsequent EXB must be at least 34:00 during the next 14 calendar days.

• In the event of a second or any subsequent delays, the maximum FDP and FDP start time, will both remain unchanged from the initially revised FDP / FDP start time as presented in the table above.
• When an operator informs a crew member before leaving the place of rest of a delay in reporting time of 10 hours or more ahead, and that crew member is not further disturbed by the operator until a mutually agreed hour, then that elapsed time is classed as a rest period.
