To create a toy with a height of 12 cm you must crochet with single yarn using a 1.25 mm hook. Small details like spikes and stamens are crocheted with a 0.75 mm hook. The stung material used in this toy is polyester wadding. The piece of felt must be 1.5 mm thick.

This pattern is for personal use only. Sharing information from this pattern is prohibited.

2 Abbreviations

Ch - chain Sl - slip stitch Sc - single crochet Dc - double crochet Tr - treble crochet HDc - half double crochet INC - increase INVDEC - invisible decrease BLO - back loops only FLO - front loops only

All amigurumi toys are crocheted withtight stitches. Avoid small holes when stretching crochet fabric, if there aresome tiny holes, use a smaller sizehook. To avoid seams, all details are crocheted in a spiral without slipstitch and lifting loops. There is achance that youwill lose the beginning of the row; to avoid this, use a marker. It can be a colored pin or thread of contrastingcolor.

Tip 1The toy must be

crocheted with tight stitches, to be sure that

there won't be any holes through which stung

material can be seen.

Tip 2To keep track of

the beginning of the row, use a marker. Pin

marker to the last loop of the row. Every new row must be nished

with a loop at the marker.
