packing gland is mounted on the top

of the bottle so the measuring probe

the container The GVK-C is delivered for several

neck diameters, and therefore a

sample of the bottle is necessary



Retortable Cartons A GTK-C Packing Gland is positioned at

each side of the carton and the stainless steel or plastic tube is mounted between the two glands so the measuring point is positioned in the “cold spot”

A Multipoint Probe can also be used for heat penetration tests



The container can be normal or vacuum filled and sealed

The fixation secures that the measuring point remains positioned in the “cold spot” during processing

The PAJ Pro Pressure Kit is mounted in the bottom or the top, but can also be mounted from the side

The Piercing needle is screwed on the top of the Logger and filled with silicone oil



The logger/sensor is started up in the reader station

The piercing needle is introduced into the PAJ packing gland and tightened by hand

the bottom or the top, but can also be mounted from the side

The Logger is fixated in the holder so the measuring point is positioned in the “Cold Spot”

A TBJ stainless steel frame is manufactured exactly for the dimension of the container

The Logger is fixated in the fixture so the measuring point is positioned in the “Cold Spot”





Internal Mounting in Pouches without making any holes

The Frame with the TSJ/TSK Internal fixture is mounted in the in the pouch

The Logger is fixated in the holder so the measuring point is positioned in the “Cold Spot”





It is not necessary to punch any holes



Container & Retort Pressure

External/Internal Pressure & Temperature Internal/External Mounting in Cans A hole is punched in the top or bottom

of the can, and the external pressuresensor with temperature is fixed with thespecial gland

The internal pressure (and temperature)is fixated in the plastic holder which is positioned the external logger



Can Rotation Counter

TSP Micro Rotation Logger A hole is punched in the top or bottom of

the can, and the TSJ Fixture is positioned The logger is started up in the reader

station and positioned in the TSJ Fixture



The logger and fixture has to mounted axial to secure that the container is balanced and freely rolling

The process results will be presented as rotation per sample, axial rotation direction, and total number of rotations
