4.4.1 Quang m cc (Photocathode):
Photocathode l cc m ca mt thit b cm bin quang, v d nh: Nhn quang in
(Photomultipliers), Pin quang in (Phototube), n c bao ph vi mt hp cht nhyquang. Khi chiu photon n, nng lng c hp th, nng lng ny lm cho electronb bc x ri khi photocathode do hiu ng quang in.
Trong nhiu nm photocathode l phng php thc t duy nht chuyn i nhsng thnh dng in. Do n l yu t quan trng trong cc thit b quang in t.
