The HSI 150 cable entry system is an innovative development and sets new standards for formwork-mounted components in concrete.The modified HSI 150 modular frame is the universal solution in structural work planning for gas and watertight service connection sys-tems. The HSI 150-K wall insert is suitable for single sided system sealing. The design allows a neat, securely positioned block assembly to be easily installed on-site.The HSI 150-K2 wall insert is suitable for system sealing on both ends, offering double reliability, even in electricity sub-station construc-tion. The HSI 150 wall insert is supplied individually or as a block assembly to match the specified wall thickness. The ecologic composite sealing material TPE (thermoplastic elastomer) warrants perfect tightness against the concrete with its 3-ribbed seal.

The HSI 150 slanted wall insert is suitable for slanted cable penetrations from any direction at an angle of 30°, 45° or 60°. You will receive the slanted packing on request as a single or double packing, or as a single-row package, deli-vered to the construction site ready for assembly.As part of the further development of the HSI 150 product group, the slanted packing sets new standards for wall inserts flush with formwork. The modified HSI 150 module frame is the universal solution for structural work plans with connection systems tight against gas and pressurised water. The ecologic composite sealing material TPE (thermoplastic elastomer) warrants per-fect tightness against the concrete with its 3-ribbed seal.

The system covers for duct connections with differently sized sockets offer connection solutions for all standard smooth and corrugated PVC, PE-HD and PP plastic ducts.The available connection variants are hot-shrink and cold-shrink fittings (KS), the versatile sleeve system (M), push-fit sockets (SM) or adhesively bonded sleeves (KM).Due to the limitations imposed by duct manufacturers,a seal tightness of up to 0.5 bar (e.g. DIN 16961 part 2)is achieved.With the practically shaped red union nut, the bayonet con-nector offers the possibility of fast, reliable manual installation.The HSI 150-D cover seal can be used for pressure-tight re-closing of unused openings.

The SEGMENTO sealing system is the fastest solution for parti-cularly smooth sealing of energy, communication, data and control system cables against up to 0.5 bar (external pressure).SEGMENTO can be combined with all HSI 150 Snap-in system cable wall inserts and with the HSI 150-DF version.With the replaceable sealing segments to accommodate cables of differing diameters from 5 mm to 51 mm, cables can be easily added any time after installation, without ope-ning up the entire system. The sealing segments can each be fitted independently of one another, while reserved spaces can be left free for additional cables to be installed at a later date.

The interchangeable insert (WE) provides the flexible option of allowing later installation of additional cables.When ordering, indicate the number and sizes of the cables already in place.
