The Country series is constructed from all plywood cabinets

The Luxor Collection is our partial overlay cabinet constructed

from all plywood. The wall and base cabinets are equipped with

¾” plywood adjustable shelves and soft-close hinges, reinforced

for extra durability by a metal clip fastener assembly system. All

drawer boxes are made with dovetail construction and come with

a slab drawer front and soft-close undermount glides.

Luxor Collection Door Styles/Specifications

Frame — 3/4” thick Birch, 1 ½” wide, kiln-dried solid hardwood. Assembled with glue and nails, under clamp pressure, which ensures squareness.

Back panel — 1/4” substrate, with 3” plywood surrounding frame, made of 1/2” plywood. Rabbeted and stapled into cabinet sides, screwed into top and bottom. Includes 11/2” hanging rails.

End panel — Top and bottom 1/2” plywood substrate, with light maple woodgrain laminate interior. Matching wood veneer exterior.

Shelves — 3/4” thick, plywood; fully adjustable.

Hinges — Heavy duty steel concealed hinge, adjustable with soft-close mechanism.

Doors — Finger pull groove for easy access

Treat your Cabinets with Care:

Humidification effects on door with a Miter Joint

High Humidity

When wood swells, miter joints open as shown above

* Humidification is normal and is not considered a need for replacement.

When wood shrinks, miter joints open as shown above

Low Humidity

• Use a soft cotton cloth.

• Do not use abrasive materials (including paper

towels).

• Only use soap and warm water.

• Do not spray directly onto the cabinets.

• Do not use any chemicals. (Note, when using a spray for other items placed

near your cabinetry, be careful not to overspray on

your cabinets)

• Wipe spills promptly and do not leave wet

items against the wood.

• Clean glass doors with a glass cleaner. (Be careful not to overspray on the wood)

• You can repair small nicks and scratches with

our touch up kits.

• Waxing and polishing is not recommended as

this can create a film or wax build up on your

cabinets.

• You can dust your cabinets with a lightly damp

cloth. (Follow the grain of the wood wiping across can
