HOW TO PASS CPT IN 1 SHOT? The CPT or the Common proficiency Test is the foundation exam conducted by The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. The exam is conducted on a national level, twice a year. The CPT exam has grown at a rate of about 10% over the years with about 1.5 million students appearing for the exam every 6 months. Remember you get 1 Minute and 12 Seconds per question. Your speed will determine your results.

Always attempt all questions in spite of negative marking. There is a 25% chance you will mark the right answer and only loose .25 if your answer is wrong. So if you answer 4 questions you are not sure about you could at max loose 1 point.

OUR STORY

TutorsCircle started with a Facebook page, CPT Tutors, where 20 questions were posted every day.

Today over 10,120 students comprise the Largest ICAI CPT Community on Facebook.

For CPT June 2013 - TutorsCircle had 743 active students who regularly answered questions posted on CPT Tutors.

Most of the exams today have Multiple Choice Questions. MCQ’s are increasingly being seen as a more valued component of the examination process in India over the last 5 years. But what needs to be identified is the trick to answering questions correctly. Students need to be able to subject themselves to practical situations combined with theoretical learning which empower them to answer questions correctly and quickly.

This background helped us devise the genius recipe to mentally prepare a student to crack the Common Proficiency Test. The friendly design itself is a contribution of inputs by our ex-students and teachers with 10+ years of experience with ICAI CPT Students. All of these have been carefully integrated into the architecture of TutorsCircle.

CREATE EXAM

A CPT student’s mentality Most of the pressure to pass with flying colours is instilled by the

parents and peers to do well in life. Many students are over-burdened by the cost of coaching centers and

prefer to study by themselves. They waste several hours of precious time surfing the web for study

materials, practice exams and old question papers. With the new Multiple Choice concept students often are unable to

mark the right answers in-spite of knowing the material well. The lack of resources drill a hole in a student’s confidence level added

with 6 months wasted as they do not pass the exam.

Create New Test – By clicking on Create Exam you can create your own exams from any of The Subjects or chapters using different types of questions in different test lengths. Step 1. Click on Create Test to start a new Exam and give your test a name. Step 2. Click on All Questions OR Chapter Wise option to select if you would like to create a

random exam or only pick questions from a particular chapter. Step 3. Enter the number of questions determining how long you want the exam to be. Step 4. Choosing Score As You Go allows you to see your score on the exam as you are taking

it. Step 5. Choosing Display Explanation allows you to see the answer and explanation after
