Bulk Item Pick UpIt seems as though some people believe the proper way to dispose of unwanted household items and the remains from remodeling projects is to dump them at the roadside and slap on a sign that says FREE. Please note, this is not the way it is to be done. If you have items that are too big for your trash can you must schedule a pick up from Cal Waste at (408)213­7800. Until these items can be removed you must store them some place out of sight. Three large items can be picked up for $27 dollars.

Guest parking is for guests only. Guests can park without getting towed until 10pm nightly. All vehicles parked in guest parking over night must show a visible parking pass.Permits are available in our office Mon.­Fri. between 8:00am and 5pm.Once again, residents are permitted to park in their driveways only. Residents parked in guest parking will be towed without warning.

Clubhouse Parties:The clubhouse can be rented out for parties, social gatherings, scrapbook parties, etc. In order to reserve the clubhouse please contact the office and check the availability. We do not require a security deposit but depending on the type of party, the amount of guests, and if alcohol is being served we require you to hire security. All events must end at 9pm and clean up until 10pm.

                            Sunshadow Swimming Pool Rules

A new shower gate has been installed on the exterior shower. You can access the shower by using your common area key that accesses the swimming pool gates. This door is to remain closed at all times. This shower is for residents only.

Notice: There is no lifeguard on duty at anytime.   The pool and spa are for the exclusive use of residents and up to two guests 

per home site only. Guests must be accompanied by an adult resident at all times. Homeowner is responsible for conduct of guest at all times.

Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult. All residents should have a pool key to access pool area. Gate is not to be 

opened to others at anytime.  Children in diapers or who are not “potty trained” may not use the 

swimming pool. No t‐shirts or cutoffs. Swim attire ONLY. For protection of our pool furniture, please place towel over chairs when 

using suntan oils, lotions, and creams. No Diving is permitted at any time. Running, Roughhousing, horseplay, or similar behavior is not permitted on 

pool decks or in the pool. NO ALCOHOL in the pool area.  If food or drinks are brought in the pool area make sure to clean up and 

dispose of your items. If this becomes an issue food will be banned from the pool area. No food or beverage is to be inside the pool or on the pool deck.

No pool parties allowed Owner reserves the right to restrict the use of the pool by residents and or 

guests who violate any of these policies. Owner further reserves the right to restrict the number of flotation devices in the pool at one time.

I understand that the payment amount stated in my current Lease or Rental Agreement (plus any increases in rent or other charges), plus all other charges due to the community owner under my Lease or Rental Agreement or as permitted under applicable law. Payments will be automatically deducted from my bank account by the 3rd day of each month beginning in the month of ______. If you are billed for sub-metered utilities, the payment amount may change from month to month and debits will occur on the 5th of each month.

I understand that this authorization will be in effect until the end of my residency or until Equity Lifestyle Properties, Inc. receives notice in writing that I no longer desire this service, allowing reasonable time to act on my notification. I understand that Equity Lifestyle Properties, Inc. has the right in its sole and absolute discretion to cease allowing me to make monthly payments via ACH, provided Equity Lifestyle Properties, Inc. first provides me with written notice of that determination.

I also understand that if corrections in the debit are necessary it may involve an adjustment (credit or debit) to my account. I have the right to stop payment of a debit entry by notifying my financial institution before the account is charged. If an erroneous debit is charged against my account, I give my financial institution written notice identifying the entry, stating that it is in error and requesting credit back to my account.

If the amount of the authorized payment is not available in my account, I understand that I will be charged late fees and dishonored check charges in accordance with my Lease or Rental Agreement with (which are considered “additional rent” and may be withdrawn from my account). I also understand that I may incur additional fees for insufficient funds from my bank, which are separate from the fees due under my Lease or Rental Agreement.

This authorization is non-negotiable and non-transferable.
