Recognized as the fastest growing airline in the world today, Qatar Airways’ objective is to roll out celebration events in each new city added to their destination list. Each launch event included a press conference, airport welcome, agent event and a luxury gala dinner. This luxury brand’s group sales incentive trip took over an entire beachfront resort in Cancun for 5 days of events, adventures and relaxation.

EVENT DELIVERABLES: Venue qualification & booking, all flights & ground movements, special events design & execution, all logistics & coordination, management of transport , hospitality, welcome cocktail event (300 guests), teambuilding activities, excursions & gala event.

CASE STUDYMoroccanoil Incentive TripCancun, Mexico

A 10 week marketing initiative to engage target market and create buzz around 3 new craft toys launching in Toys R Us. The tour visited a number of Toys R Us in the greater Toronto Area, bringing a custom brand booth that offered children the opportunity to interact with the three products and brand ambassadors.

EVENT DELIVERABLES: The design and production of a 12x12 portable brand booth; Development of brand ambassadors look & role; logistical design and management of the tour, its storage, setup and onsite activation management.

A multi-city, international nightclub tour attracting key influencers from the nightlife and hospitality market. The event mandate was to transform local venues into unique nightclub environments through creative lighting, entertainment design, décor, and special effects.

OVER 70 EVENTS SPANNING A 10 YEAR LONG MARKETING INITIATIVE

A media, vendor partner and society VIP gala event to celebrate the announcement of Birks’ corporate social responsibility initiative, Birks For Bees. A focus on their vendor partners included sponsored roof-top terrace welcome cocktail by Cartier and a gala after party by Fashion Magazine.

EVENT DELIVERABLES:Event design & thematic, planning and execution; seamless brand integration for over 10 key vendor partners into the décor and guest experience; technical, lighting & stage design; Show direction; 3d floor plan renderings; Screen content & show flow and production.

CASE STUDYBirks 135th Anniversary and CSR LaunchToronto, ON

As part of a travel management conference, we created a marketplace for airlines, hotels, etc, designed to deliver peer-to-peer education in an interactive environment.

EVENT DELIVERABLES: The design and production of over 100 booths; logistical design and management of the conference, its storage, setup and onsite activation management. A/V and technical needs throughout the space as well as in the meeting rooms.
