c2: are worked with Castleforge Real Estate Partners who acquired the 1960’s concrete Savoy building in Glasgow. Quirky designed serviced offices and co-working spaces are all the rage in London and the brief was to provide this in Glasgow. The first phase is the ground floor entrance, 2nd, 8, 9, 10th floors, new toilets and a shower block to the basement. The 2nd floor has the main reception with café, serviced offices, co-working, a refurbished external terrace and lettable meeting spaces. Externally c2: have designed a new canopy for the tower entrance. Internally the existing shuttered concrete slab and columns will be left exposed and services will be expressed. The highlights of colour will be provided by the furniture and the graphics to create a modern, industrial look and feel.
