Tabbed Interface
• Provide a wide variety of data for various
components using a tabbed interface
Administration
• Under the ‘Admin’ tab, you have the ability to Search or Add Dealer Portal
administration users
• You can also select the ‘Installers’ sub menu tab to Search or Add Installer
administrators (for installation and activation of sites)
Find User or Site
• Using the Dashboard, find a site or user
Dashboard
• If user search, dashboard will show all sites associated to the user
• If site search, dashboard will show all users associated to the site
• Selecting the ‘Username’ will take you to ‘User information’
• Selecting the ‘Site ID’ will take you to ‘Site Information’
• Selecting the ‘View’ button will take you to ‘Site Dashboard’
Site Dashboard
• Dashboard provides quick access to site information
Dashboard Action Buttons
• Reset Password – Use it when the end user forgot the password
• Sync Now – Force the gateway to communicate with the server immediately
• Reboot Gateway – Reboot the gateway device
• Run Diagnostics – Run the diagnostics tool and check the system health
• Open Portal as Site Owner – Login to the customer’s web portal as an admin

User Action Buttons
• Account Status – Allows you to lock out or inactivate a User
• History – Review all logged history of user
• Change Username – Change login username
• Reset Password – Sends email to User with link to reset their password
• Accessible Sites – Indicates the Sites the user has access to. Selecting the site will bring
up the Site Information page.

Site Information Options
• DNIS and Account Code – Used to identify the security panel on the site
• Panel Version – Indicates panel and module type and versions
• Site Options – Run the diagnostics tool and check the system health
– Open Portal as Site Owner • Allows you to see End User portal (except video)
– Set Owner • Change owner of the site
• Service Packages – Configures the account Service Package used and the Upgrade Group
for firmware upgrade’s of specific hardware
Gateway Site Status
Gateway Site Status Options
• Active – A site is in active running status
• Install – A site is in install mode, installer can login to this site using an installer
impersonate user login
• Suspended – Blocks logins to the gateway, the gateway checks periodically to see if
the status has been reactivated. When you change the status back to
Active, the gateway becomes active automatically
• Terminated – A site/account has been terminated. The gateway does not check its
status unless it is rebooted. Information is purged from the database.

• Running Diagnostics will
automatically scan all technologies
and indicate any concerns/errors

• ‘Wi-Fi ‘will indicate all
wireless networks within
range of the Gateway

• ‘IP Devices’ will indicate the
signal strength of cameras
and touchscreens
Diagnostics
• ‘Z-Wave’ will display the
Mesh Network topology
• Relearn Mesh will reset the
entire network, recreating a
new ‘Mesh’
• Rescan Z-Wave will search
for all connected devices
