Project Title: WIRELESS HAND GESTURE CONTROL OF A FIRE SENSING MOBILE ROBOT USING MEMS ACCELEROMETER

Description:
Robotics have made revolution in the field of industrial Automation, medical field and many areas of technology, one of the critical area where robot acts as human saver is in approaching locations of dangerous condition where human approach will be a life risk. In this project a Fire sensing robot is developed which is controlled remotely by hand gestures to move in different directions. The robot when detects the fire gives an alarm and alerts the persons.
MEMS accelerometer is used as sensor to detect the Hand gestures and a small microcontroller is used to decode the accelerometer signal and transmit the commands to the robot.
