Waunakee Police, Fire,and EMS are pleasedto announce the 2015Waunakee EmergencyServices CitizensAcademy programstarting September 2,2015. Participants willmeet on Wednesdayevenings 68:30pm for9 consecutive weeks.The Citizens Academyis a "hands on"program. The goal ofthe program is to giveparticipants a betterunderstanding ofPolice, Fire, and EMSduties andresponsibilities. The day started with artists ofall ages creating originalsidewalk chalk art along thepath through Village Park. At 5pm the dance party began
with music and entertainment from Musical Memories, abouncy house, cookie decorating, concessions by theWaunakee Lions Club and a photo booth provided by PhotoSolutions. At dusk the TDS Movie Night featuring HOME byDreamworks was projected onto the big screen under thestars in Village Park.
