• Brio Intelligence deployed by customer type– Power User = Explorer (view, analyze, & query)– End User = Insight (view & analyze)– Static User = Freeview (view only)

• Brio Broadcast Server for scheduling requests

• Currently have 2,000 copies of Explorer & 7,000 copies of Insight to be distributed nation-wide

• Brio Intelligence is one of our Systems tool to validate the data

• Brio Intelligence provides a huge time savings during our testing phase and provides a more accurate process


Brio Training Approach

• Training based on a rollout strategy of the various subject areas within the BI Architecture

• Brio Software training provided in-house and to include an understanding of the subject area

• Train the trainer approach

• Produced a custom built Brio manual

• Planning a Computer-Based-Training (CBT) program

• Section 508 (employees with disabilities) requirements mandatory effective June 21, 2001

• A leader in Section 508 compliance, SSA has worked closely with Brio as one of the key drivers to meet the Section 508 requirements

• Interim approach for Section 508 requirements with version 6– Automate the delivery of BQY files in Microsoft Excel

(an alternate output) for the visually and hearing impaired

– Menu item with a standard bqtools.ini file
