Patient Status at a Glance ( PSAG)
What is it ?
PSAG ( white Boards)- provides guidance on developing visual patient information strategies or tools which increase communication, patient experience and patient flow
The PSAG board is used to display relevant patient info ( using coded agreed symbols and considering confidentiality).....such as consultant & nurse looking after pt./ has physio seen the pt. Etc..
