For Government

Encourage the government offices to educate and recommend esp. accountancy and marketing

Establish the fundamental standards to assure the product quality and safety e.g. F&D certificate

Stress on the ownership feeling and group cohesion

For Officials Apply these findings through selecting the

appropriate ones that match with each SMCEs

Coordinate with the specific offices for educating and training e.g. Cooperative Auditing Department

Emphasize on the ownership feeling among the participants

Encourage to ask for the quality certificate from the government offices

Cooperate with the private sector to educate the business management esp. marketing plan

For SMCEs Applying these findings as strategic

management Emphasize on group cohesion Stress on effective work division and more
