About Us

Each Rainforest Cafe restaurant is designed to depict some

features of a rainforest, including plant growth, mist,

waterfalls, animatronics robots of animals and insects. To

enhance this theme, the restaurants are populated by

animatronics figures, manufactured by UCFab International,

LLC of Apopka, Florida. The star ceilings are designed and

manufactured by Fiber Optic Systems Inc, located in

Whitehouse Station, New Jersey.

Large marine aquariums are common in most restaurants.

Automated water sprinklers and synchronized lights set to

specific patterns are also featured. A simulated thunderstorm

occurs every thirty minutes, utilizing simulated rain as well

as flashing lights and high-powered subwoofers for lightning

and thunder. There is a tree usually located in the gift shops

named Tracy that talks and gives information on rainforests.

RAINFOREST NATURAL BURGERA meatless patty of garbanzo bean, vegetables, sesame seeds and assorted spices. Topped with fresh guacamole, served on a toasted bun with lettuce and tomato.

CHICKEN SALAD SANDWICH Pulled chicken, tossed with tarragon, celery, onions, toasted almonds and mayonnaise. Served on a croissant with lettuce and tomato.

Seafood

TRIBAL SALMONAtlantic salmon fillet seared on a cedar plank and topped with a roasted hazelnut and Frangelico butter.

CONGO CATFISH PLATEFarm-raised catfish, golden fried and served with tartar sauce, Safari fries and coleslaw.

Position Summary: The Rainforest Cafe located in Burlington, MA (Boston market) is seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee the Retail Village and join their team!!!

The Retail Manager is responsible for contributing to the success of Rainforest Cafe through leadership, direction and motivation of retail staff, focus on salesmanship and guest service.

The Retail Manager is responsible for staff schedules and meeting labor goals, inventories and controlling shrinkage, maintaining exceptional product knowledge as well as merchandising and visuals and effectively training staff to uphold these expectations. The Retail Manager will also hold departmental meetings and be responsible for timely management and staff reviews.
