Dear friends and colleagues, on behalf of organizers, it is our immense pleasure to invite you to the International Conference on Rural Livelihood Improvement by Enhancing Farmers' Income through Sustainable Innovative Agri and Allied Enterprises (RLISAAe). This conference is a celebration of the successful journey of a decade by the Society for Upliftment of Rural Economy (SURE), Varanasi (UP), which came into existence on 21.02.2006. This conference will bring together the national and international scientific community and many segments of the agro-industries and other stakeholders.

Society for Upliftment of Rural Economy (SURE) was registered under article 21 of Societies Registration Act, 1860 on 21.02.2006. The working area of this society is all over India with an objective to upscale the rural economy. The Journal of AgriSearch (JAS) is the official publication of Society for Upliftment of Rural Economy. It is an open access journal, published quarterly in print (ISSN: 2348–8808) & Online (ISSN: 2348– 8867). Society accepts articles containing peer-reviewed original research articles related to agriculture and allied sciences tending to improve the rural economy for publication in its journal.

The Conference would be held at Birla Institute of Technology (BIT), Patna situated in Bihar Veterinary College Campus, Bailey Road in Patna-800 014 (India).

Patna is connected to most of the major cities in India by the railway network and lies between New Delhi and Kolkata main line. Patna airport, (Loknayak Jai Prakash Narayan International Airport), has connectivity with all the major cities in the country. The city is also served by several major state and National highways both for those who want to reach Patna by road.

Call For PapersSelected articles will be published in the special issue of the Journal of AgriSearch (NAAS Rating 4.41)

Submission of ManuscriptResearch papers are invited from above mentioned thematic areas. Contributors are to submit their articles electronically using the format of the Journal of AgriSearch. For details, authors may also consult www.jsure. org.in/guidelines-for-authors/. The abstract should be limited to 200 words. The papers will be reviewed by double-blind peer review system to be published in the Journal of AgriSearch, if found suitable. Only those articles will qualify for Publication in the special issue of the journal in which at least one of the authors is registered for the conference. Authors should indicate one or more of the above listed themes that best describes the topic of their contribution, as well as their preference (if any) with respect to the mode of presentation i.e. Oral / Poster. However, final decision with respect to the presentation is vested with the Editorial Board/Technical Committee. The similar review process will be binding for both the oral and poster presentations. The program committee will make every effort to satisfy these preferences. Best papers will be awarded at the International Conference. It should be submitted as MS Words attachment & E-mailed to [email protected]

Call for Abstract The abstract should be submitted in English and the content of the abstract should be clear, concise and should contain a short introduction, objectives, methods, results and conclusions. The abstract should not exceed 250 words, it should include title, authors with presenters name underlined and one email address. Poster presentationPoster (1X1.2m) should include Title, Name and address of the Author(s), Short introduction, materials and methods, results and conclusions. There are awards for Best paper and Poster Presentation.
