When The Olympics Originated• The first Olympics were held in ancient Greece, during  776 BC through 393 AD. The First Olympics were dedicated to the Olympian gods.

Olympic rings• The rings stand for the flags in the

International Olympic Committee.• Over 200 nations participate in the Olympic

games• The Olympic games are held every 4 years

Bad Things• These are some of the things that happened in the first Olympics

# soccer (Galging eyes out) When this would happen the players would rarely survive because you did not have treatment.

# The rules were not fair back then!

• Usain Bolt• He is a runner that

is on Jamaica • He is also the

fastest man on earth.

• Michael Phelps• He is a swimmer

that is on USA.• He has won 18 gold

medals.

UNFAIR THINGS • In the Olympics that we watch is different

than the first Olympics because the rules are fair now but not then.

• When you could galdge peoples eyes out they would hurt you on purpose so their team would win and they would not even say their sorry!!!

WHEN THE NEXT OLYMPICS ARE The next Olympics are in 2016 in Rio. The next Olympics are the summer Olympics. The games this year are on Aug 5-21 The Olympic Games are held every four years. The 2018 Winter Olympics in South Korea.
