Preparation

Cook chicken in wok Cut up mushrooms , water chestnuts , peanuts , and

green onions Add garlic to chicken Stir Add all mushrooms , water chestnuts , peanuts , and

green onions Stir Add half of lettuce wrap sauce and half of ginger

sauce Stir Unplug wok and let cool for five minutes Serve

I do not have the exact cost of every thing in the meal was 7.69. But we already had the chicken and the water chestnuts.

My Mom

My mom said that the lettuce wraps were delicious and flavorful and that we would defiantly make these again.

My Brother

My brother did not like them at all because he said the sauce was terrible and did not taste good.

All in all breaking my finger was bad but the over all getting to make a meal for my whole family was one of the coolest things to do I not only learned how to make awesome lettuce wraps but I got to spend a lot of quality time with my mom.
