Better customer experience, faster ROISonalysts provided Pratt & Whitney with creative and production services in support of the MRO Americas tradeshow, in Atlanta, GA. Our overall design approach was to deliver consistent branding throughout the booth and to clearly represent Pratt & Whitney’s aftermarket business. Sonalysts developed content for six individual stations that included stand-alone videos and interactive stations programmed specifically for the Windows 8 tablet. The tablet served as a touch screen while the content was mirrored on larger LCD screens in 1080p resolution .
Process consistency, better customer careAfter growing rapidly through acquisition, an online market research company wanted to strengthen its global operations by accelerating communications between staff and clients, expanding access to real-time data, and consolidating disparate systems into a single harmonized web-based enterprise application. Our role was to work with their organizational leaders and subject matter experts on defining and documenting a set of globally harmonized work processes and tasks; designing the user experience to ensure good usability and adoption; and implementing the application in concert with the organization’s Technology Group. Employing user-centered design and the Agile/Scrum framework, we worked seamlessly with the entire their internal project teams throughout all phases of the project’s lifecycle, delivering a complete system that was recognized as “the most important project in the company’s history.”
Data analytics drives a better cyber defense
Leveraging our rich history of data analytics and modeling, we created a cyber analytics platform, Guardian Services that provides a proactive defensive strategy to both our government and commercial clients. This holistic solution exploits vast amounts of unstructured data sources to deliver actionable information of network activity, ensuring the best protection against threats as they continue to evolve using spatial analysis visualizations provided by our Cyber-MRI™.
