• Ask for Order, do not hesitate what he/she will think
• Do not lie which you cannot cover
• Every commitment ensure the execution team can deliver
• Do not document Requests
• Always document what you know you will deliver
• Confirm payment milestones clearly in terms of deliverables, documents, product, etc.
• Never delay on giving invoices
• Never delay on pushing on first advance whatever be the size of your organization
• Credit is not good
Cost
• Fixed cost is constant, ensure you use only
for business need
• Depending on order sources get your office
and layout
• Keep Government cost as an important cost
component
• Focus should be that the business entity is
clean
Resource Rules
• First plan at least 80% utilization of resource
and then acquire, never before that
• Each resources to be evaluated
• RESOURCE POLICIES CANNOT BE GOVERNED
BY THE AMOUNT OF CASH AVAILABLE IN YOUR
ACCOUNT. THE POLICIES HAS TO BE SAME
