PrimaTrade signed an exclusive agreement with Sucofindo for the management and control of quality and quantity to ensure elimination of potentials penalty and rejection on the coal supplied. Sucofindo is the first inspection institution in Indonesia and was established on October 22, 1956. The Indonesian government is the major shareholder with 95% ownership and the Societe Generale de Surveillance Holding SA [SGS] hold the remaining 5% Sucofindo performs the inspection based on the Standard of Procedures, which refer to international and national standards, including SNI [Indonesian National Standards], ASTM [American Society for Testing and Material], BS [British Standard], ISO [International Organization for Standardization], JIS [Japanese Standards] and AS [Australian Standard]

The logistics arrangement is based on CEPOT’s policy called the RED LINE POLICY

The RED LINE POLICY impose the strict in house rule that CEPOT will only do transaction with mining or its contracting company with full licenses and compliance to the Government’s regulation.

The RED LINE POLICY also assure that the origin of the steam coal is well documentd from the mine pit to the other vessel and therefore a red line can be drawn making an uninterrupted line in between these point

Inhouse Traffic Management is supervised by Rheinhard L Tobing, who is also the Chairman of the Indonesian Shipbrokers Association PrimaTrade established a cooperation platform with PT with P.T. Arpeni Pratama Ocean Line Tbk, [APOL] who offered the priority to transport all the steam coal bulk cargo to the buyers of PrimaTrade at various international destinations. APOL has the capacity to provide "end-to-end logistics solution service" with its comprehensive fleets, comprising Capesize, Panamax and Handymax bulk carriers, tugboat, barges and floating cranes.

PrimaTrade signed an MoU with PT Puradika Transpacific United represented by the owner and CEO, Mr Rheinhard L Tobing. By this MoU, all barge traffic and mother vessel management of CFR contract of PrimaTrade will be handled exclusively by his company.
