BA(Hons) Business with Enterprise
This is a four year sandwich honours degree designed for Hastings campus
Students will be interviewed on application (via UCAS) but we are looking at BTEC National Dip/Cert Level 3 D D M or ABB at A level or IB 32 points with 16 at Higher level.
Mature applicants are welcome and each application will be assessed individually on their own experience & motivation
The course focusses on how you learn and how business problems are tackled – this is not taught through a series of lectures and seminars but through workshops, problem-solving task groups, digital resources and personal tutorials.
The main route to this degree involves three years of study and one year on business placement (third year).
Graduates can expect to apply for employment or start their own businesses with a strong background in developing, promoting and implementing new business ideas

These degrees are part of our Hastings Joint Honours Programme
Students study two strands: Either Computing & Business OR Mathematics & Business PLUS a common core programme.
The Business Strand (one third of your course) is taught alongside the BSc Business with Enterprise students and the following subjects are studied:
Year One: Global Business Context, Principles of Marketing, Basic Accounting and People, Organisations and Work
Year Two: Consumer Behaviour, Business Law, Business Operations and Processes and Product Design
Year Three: Business Enterprise and Strategic Practice
The JHP programme is an opportunity to combine two disciplines you are interested in.
Many more subjects are offered on JHP – these are the two which include Business
BA(Hons) Business Management TopUp
This is a final year degree course for those who have already completed a Foundation Degree in Business or HND and meet entry requirements
Students entering directly join students from our own FdA Business degree for study
Subjects studied: Managing Organisations, Employee Selection and Development, Operations and Process Management, Public Relations: Principles and Practice, E-commerce, Strategic Management, Developing Academic Knowledge & Skills and Dissertation of a subject of your choice.
Excellent employability record
Over 90% of Business School students are employed or continuing their studies within six months of finishing their course.
