Business Leadership Incentive Official Announcement April 1, 2015 East Bay Energy Watch is offering an additional $0.05/kWh on top of our existing incentive for Small and Medium Businesses who demonstrate leadership and engagement within our Partnership. Eligibility Participating customers must implement all measures recommended by the Smart Lights or BEST programs. Business customers located in Alameda County and Contra Costa County cities that are exclusively served by PG&E are eligible to participate. A customer owning multiple buildings/sites/meters may only apply the engagement kicker to one project (one proposal) annually. The following requirements involve customer action: Customers must sign the project proposal/contract within thirty (30) days of the date they receive the project proposal. Customers must complete the online Community Business Survey within one week (7 days) of project completion. Limited Time Offer The Business Leadership Incentive is a pilot program being offered for a limited time beginning April 1, 2015. The program may be discontinued at any time without prior notice. It is the intension of the EBEW Partnership to implement this pilot program through the summer of 2015. Customer Benefits and Requirements 1. Implement 100% of Energy-Saving Recommendations 2. Contractor Participation

Contractors interested in promoting the pilot program must attend a 90-minute contractor-training workshop to qualify for participation. Contractors unable to attend the training will not be eligible for pilot program participation. Contractor must agree to uphold the intent of the pilot program and abide by all program rules stated or implied in this document. The East Bay Energy Watch reserves the right to withhold participation privileges from contractors operating outside of the guidance of this document.

First training date: March 7, 2015 (time and location will be posted at www.EBEW.org)

A Tier 1 project that saves 13,000 kWh earns an incentive of $2,600. If the customer completes the engagement checklist, the incentive jumps to $3,250. (Not capped)

A Tier 2 project that saves 33,000 kWh earns an incentive of $5,280. If the customer completes the engagement checklist, the incentive jumps to $6,930. (Not capped)

A Tier 3 project that saves 73,000 kWh earns an incentive of $8,030. If the customer completes the engagement checklist, the incentive jumps to $10,530 (Capped) Note: The engagement incentive cap applies to projects saving more than 50,000 kWh annually.
