To be successful in business, it is important to always be at the top of your game. And while nobody else knows your business as well as you, sometimes it’s hard to recognise new opportunities or more effective business strategies. An external mentor can help bring new direction, a fresh approach or even extra motivation to your business and can help you make significant improvements and achieve new results.
In this Mentoring and Business coaching webisode, we’ll look at how you can significantly improve your business (and personal) progress with the help of a mentor or coach. We’ll explore what you should consider before approaching a mentor, how to identify the right mentor, as well as how to manage the ongoing relationship in order to achieve the best results. Finally, we will discuss what to expect when the roles are reversed and you become the mentor.
