Keep things relaxed and fluid with one of our much-loved buffets. If you’re in a suite then a buffet is perfect to allow people to work the room and mix it up.

From Mediterranean finger-food to spicy tastes of the East, through to a traditional or luxe British buffet, including a build your own gourmet burger option. Tell us what you’d like, and we’ll create it for you.All with a superb side dish of dash as the dogs do their thing on the track.

Hearty appetites are thoroughly indulged with one of our chef ’s signature carveries.

Roasted meats and poultry with the best of seasonal and traditional trimmings. Our crisp roast potatoes, Yorkshires and home-made gravy are a real Best of British winner.

Choose your carvery and let us know if you would like some vegetarian dishes. The Carvery contains its own private bar and tote betting facility, with large tables to suit those bigger parties.

Dessert packages can be added or bought on the night. The suite holds up to 100 people. For exclusive use (minimum party of 60).

Lobster and chips - great with a chilled glass of champagne - moules frites, beer battered cod and chips or how about tempura tiger prawns with a little chilli kick.

Those who prefer turf to surf might start with a silky pate with crusty bread, continental meat platter or succulent chicken Caesar salad followed by slow cooked lamb shanks with rosemary jus and roasted cherry tomatoes, pork loin with cider or piri piri chicken.
