Job Requirements • A Bachelor’s degree

(concentration in Marketing, Communications or Business preferred but not required) • Minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in the A/E/C industry. Years of experience will determine role filled. CPSM candidates

will be considered for Sr. Business Development Coordinator position • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite 6 and Microsoft Office Suite is required. Knowledge of Deltek Vision is helpful but not

required • Clear understanding of how to create a proposal work plan, coordinate with consultants and internal team in order to

produce the response to RFQ/Ps • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple deadlines at once • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) are vital for this position and future advancement • Very detailed oriented and takes pride in work effort and product • Ideal candidate is the type of person who is proactive and enthusiastic about learning about all components of the industry,

especially business development! • Current involvement or future interest in professional organizations – we’re looking for someone that wants to get involved!

Job Responsibilities • Tracking project leads and participate in the Go/No-Go discussion • Manage creation of responses to RFQ/P’s and presentation materials • Participate in preparation of interview teams including public speaking coaching • Participate in review and update of Marketing Department processes and procedures • Represent the firm at professional and community events • Support the Director of Marketing/Business Development on various tasks Benefits The marketing team at SKW is viewed by ownership as a strategic partner, not a production office!
