• 2000 23 U.S. corporations support passage of federal workplace anti-discrimination law including AT&T, Eastman Kodak, General Mills, Honeywell, Merrill Lynch and Microsoft

• 2002 4 U.S. corporations testify in support of anti-discrimination law before a U.S. Senate committee: Eastman Kodak, FleetBoston, Hewlett-Packard and Shell Oil

• 2004 49 U.S. corporations and 55 small businesses support passage of federal workplace anti-discrimination law including BP, JP Morgan Chase, IBM, Levi Strauss, Nationwide, Nike and Yahoo!

• 2007 Written testimony submitted in support of the passage of federal workplace anti-discrimination law from Chubb Corp., General Mills Inc., Levi Strauss & Co. and Nike Inc. before the U.S. House of Representatives Subcommittee on Health, Employment, Labor and Pensions (HELP) Committee on Health Education and Labor

• 2008 Chubb and Levi Strauss & Co submitted written testimony to the House Health, Employment, Labor and Pensions (HELP) Subcommittee hearing on” An Examination of Discrimination Against Transgender Americans in the Workplace . The Dow Chemical Co. presented an oral argument in front of the subcommittee, and oral; 56 U.S. corporations submit letter for the hearing on gender identity

• 2009 79 companies support passage of federal workplace anti-discrimination law, and Nike provided oral testimony to the Senate HELP hearing on the passage of an inclusive non-discrimination law

• 2012 91 companies support passage of federal workplace anti-discrimination law, American Airlines, Replacements Ltd., Hyatt Hotels Corp., Marriott International Inc., and SUPERVALU submit letters to the record for the Senate HELP Subcommittee hearing, and General Mills serves as a corporate witness in support of ENDA
