1)- Temperature : Required temperature setted temp.value (°C) 2)- Waiting time : Waiting time in setted temperature ( min.) 3)- Cooling set : Required cooling setted temp.value (°C) 4)- Pre-heat set : Temperature when machine is on.(°C), but not fonctioned. 5)- Pressure set : Adjustment of max.pressure required (Bar) As of sample, recommended pressure between 150-200 bars , (Max. applicable pressure is 250 Bars)
Entering required values on Digital Panel ( see screens step by step) To temperature adjustment select the temperature set from the main menu.and than push
button. Enter required temperature value (max.200 °C) For example.150.
Push button.. buttons required working parameters reached. For returning
main menu button is used. ON/OFF button for manualy watering.
4.Operation
By turning clockwise and holding up, remove lock nut assembly. (Fig.3)

5.Inserting The Sample And Powder
Push button and raise hydraulic cylinder manualy. and sprey mould relasing agent on the surface of lower ram surface, locate the sample (Fig.4) Lower down hydraulic cylinder manualy by pushing

Put suitable amount of phenolic powder according to sample to be mounted. (Fig.5) And lock lock nut assembly again.(Fig.6)

Then START button.Automatic cycling will start and stop when the mounting proces finalised. (Be sure required parameters setted correctly before start to
operation.) If required, you can push button and stop proces.

When operation is over, by turning anticlockwise and holding up remove lock nut assembly (Fig.7-8.) NOTICE :While removing lock nut assembly, due to air pressure, this might be difficult. In
this case, push button and you can take them sample and lock nut assembly together easily. (Fig.9 )
IMPORTANT : Pay attention on cleaning residues around of lower and upper rams.Otherwise, it maybe difficult for cylinder when lowering.
Attention ! Hyrdaulic sistem is filled and tested from our company.You do not need to fill any oil . But, if it is required in any case , loosen bolt-( Nr:22-Fig2 ) and fill system with Shell Tellus 37 oil (or similiar). To check the oil level ,loosen bolt.(23),if there is a oil coming out , stop this process.
