Registration of all athletes and officials will take place in the CCB Congress Center Bremen (CCB Focke-Wulf hall)

on Monday 3rd November 2014 from 12am to 7pm and

on Tuesday 4th November 2014 from 9am to 12am. CCB Congress Center Bremen – directly beside the venue Bürgerweide D-28215 Bremen Please use following address for your navigation: Theodor-Heuss-Allee, D-28215 Bremen or Messe Bremen ***The athletes will need to have the relevant age for their category on the first day of competition, regardless of which day they will be competing.*** There will be a fast lane for the NFs having made online registration with no changes and having paid by bank transfer. For any issues with the online registration please contact office@sportdata.org. Each participating nation is requested to provide 2 national flags and a CD with their national anthem. COACH & GENERAL INFORMATION

Back numbers of competitors will be handed out during the registration for the eliminations they will be self-adhesive

Competitors qualifying for finals/bronze medals will have back numbers sewed to the Gi. Therefore they will have to deliver their gi immediately after classifying at the weighing room in the warm-up area.

In the warm-up area no bags, bottles or other objects are allowed on the tatamis. This is due to security reasons. In case an athlete is not in compliance with that rule she/he has to leave the warm-up area.

Coach seats during the eliminations: On stand # 6 nearby the entrance for the athletes there are seats for the coaches of the athletes who are participating in the category at the time.

Team seats during eliminations and finals: o Wednesday & Thursday

Infopoint: At the main entrance in the venue you will find an infopoint for the Karate World Championship and BTZ – Bremen Touristik Zentrale.

Booking for training area: By now there are no more bookings for the training area possible!!

For participating Nations without own doctors or physiotherapist we are providing this service “FREE OF CHARGE” for them.
